Installing Method:
1. How to choose a right screw size?
It should be assure the drilling depth of wooden channel≥15mm, For example,
If you install for single layer-9.5mm gypsum board, you’d better choose the screw length of 25mm;
If you install for single layer-12mm gypsum board, you’d better choose the screw length of 32mm;
If you install for double layer-12mm gypsum board, you’d better choose the screw length of 41mm;
2. Suggestion to use the electronic power tools install it and use “NKR” brand screwdriven bits install. Recommend drill speed by 2000~3000r/min.
3. When you use it in special anti-rust occasion, we recommend you use the extra anti-rust coated layer screw to assure its use life.
4. It should fix the board from middle part to 4 edges when Install the gypsum board, screw fixing distance suggestion:
1) install the light partition wall
Screw distance should not exceed 300mm in the middle part of the gypsum board;
Screw distance should not exceed 200mm in the edges part of the gypsum board, meanwhile, the distance between the long edges to screws keep 10-15mm is suggested. The distance between the wide cutting edges to screws keep 15-20mm is suggested.
2) install the light ceiling system
Screw distance should not exceed 170mm;

5. The screw head should sunk into panel 1mm depth, and not break the paper panel. When finished, it should be paint the anti-rust paint and fill up with putty and self-adhesive fiberglass net tape.
